I was made welcome from the 1st day, and all the staff were pleasant and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay here 10/10

Welcoming staff and good size bedroom

The full English breakfast was not very good, no hash browns, mushrooms, black pudding and bacon too crispy and overdone.

Comfortable room, quiet location. Short walk into Chester town centre. Lovely cooked breskfast

There were a few minor maintenance issues- light above sink not working

5 mins drive from Chester so £5 in an uber, parking available on the street and in the car park at the rear, good staff

It didn’t affect our stay but the hotel is a little bit dated , if you want something swish and modern it won’t be for you
